Not a big durian fan but for those of you with unconditional love for the exotic fruit, this is a place in the CBD worth checking out – offering a decent menu to have your cravings satisfied.
Frankly, I haven’t personally tried Satu Produk Durian durian desserts and I don’t intend to. Durian is not my cup of tea, you see. However, my sister and other friends who adore durian with all their hearts, think highly of their Durian Mille Crepe ($6.80) and Durian Pancake ($3.80). During each visit, my dear sister, Nia would already look forward to her next visit – that’s how much she hearts it.
For me, I am more of a mango person. Unfortunately, I find their Mango Mille Crepe ($6.80) and Mango Pancake ($3.80) mediocre. While I find the small portion and reasonable price appealing, there were too much cream for my preference.

Unlike my expectation, the desserts weren’t refreshing – the mango used tastes like canned mango hence lacking sweetness and freshness. Though I didn’t feel sickeningly full afterwards, I didn’t find the experience satisfying either.
Could definitely find better cakes around but with such affordable price range I’d say no harm trying. They really aren’t bad, I’ve just had better.
The milkshakes, beverages and some other desserts are horribly bland though. Try them at your own risk.
My suggestion is: choose wisely or stick with the famous food items because I mean it when I say they might not worth your penny.
Another thing to note is that Satu Produk Durian is always packed but food always comes quickly and usually wait time is less than 30 minutes. My experiences have sadly been affected by bad service and unfriendly service staff.
